Steve Batkin - Tuesday. 6.12.2016: Sir Winston's Wealthy Cousin -- Duke Of Marlborough. Above image is Sir Winston Churchill's cousin Charles Spencer Churchill the 9th Duke of Marlborough with his mistress who later became his second wife Gladys Deacon: the Duke's first wife was the result of an arranged and forced marriage in New York city (USA) with the very wealthy American Consuelo Vanderbilt; the enormous Vanderbilt family fortune has long been connected to fur trading, shipping, railroads, cotton, slavery and numerous wars! Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, England the birth place of Sir Winston Churchill was in decay at the time of Consuelo's and the 9th Duke of Marlborough's marriage so part of the marriage agreement was that some of Consuelo's money must be used for restoration purposes -- of course Consuelo then got the Duchess of Marlborough title. Sir Winston's parents had an arranged marriage his mother was born in New York, (USA) the daughter of a very wealthy investor in commodities/wars. Notorious War Trophy -- Blenheim Palace! Above image is the magnificent Blenheim Palace which was given to the First Duke of Marlborough John Churchill as a reward from the nation (Britain) for defeating the French and Bavarians in warfare: Britain has long had economic rivalries with both France and Germany -- particularly in sea trade; when John Churchill played an important role in defeating the French and the south Germans in 1705-1706 this enabled Britain to dominate the seas and allowed a very important and prosperous monopoly of trade advantage for the privately owned but British Government backed East India Company: the East India Company was the largest private company in the world with its own large private army (mercenaries); the 9th Duke of Marlborough Charles Spencer Churchill was actually born in India (British Empire); Sir Winston spent some time in India as a journalist gleefully reporting on the destruction and conquest of rebellious Indian tribes.
