Steve Batkin - Thursday. 1.2.2018: It Wasn't Just Settlers Who Cruelly Extirpated The 'Buffalo'. Responsibility For Mass Cruelty Lies At The Top Of Politics! Above image are some of the bodies of millions of American bison (buffalo) which were mass slaughtered over a very short period of time during the nineteenth century. The European bison was brought to the very brink of extinction through over hunting in Europe, then European people while being encouraged to colonize and exploit the United States and Canada (New World) discovered the American bison. Of course settlers who initially headed out into the American West hunted the bison as a food source just like the Native American Indians had done for thousands of years along with man's greatest biological competitor the wolf: many other creatures profited from the hunting of bison by scavenging from the carcasses left over by people and wolves; countless bears, coyotes, foxes, badgers, eagles, ravens etc. were all part of an intricate finely balanced food and survival system; once creatures like wolves were or are taken out of a natural environment the whole structure breaks down including tree/plant life. Unfortunately the United States federal government, Canadian government and some settlers weren't interested in just hunting the bison they wanted much more. For very short term greed and profit they wanted the mass slaughter and extirpation of both the bison and the wolf which meant many other forms of life would perish with them -- including Native Americans! Politicians And Big Business Demanded Maximum Profits. The European Banking Families Invested Heavily In America! Above image are the bones of thousands of bison which are about to be sent to industry: an example is the pottery industry which uses bones in clay (bone china). Wealthy investors from Europe particularly London wanted a safe environment in America including the West for their investments in order to make sure they reaped profits; gold from various gold rushes along with other valuable commodities including, silver, copper, guns, livestock, farm machinery, fencing etc. required transportation over a massive area by railways; so any perceived threats were eliminated; 'savages' (Native American people) and dogs' ancestors (wolves) were ruthlessly persecuted. Unknown amounts of elected politicians in America were involved in various financial scandals involving bribes for votes, legislation, charters etc. with several of them eventually exposed years later: an example is the Credit Mobilier scandal; on the global bankers' advice or on the advice of their locally based agents some politicians purchased shares of stock in various companies/commodities at discount knowing in the long run they would receive gains. Shrewd financial judgement out West in the nineteenth century meant Native American people were deliberately starved through the extirpation of around 50 million bison, elk, deer, horses, prairie dogs etc. which were their main food source; wolves also relied heavily on these animals for food. The illegal practice of trading on the stock exchange to one's own advantage by having access to confidential information is still as prevalent today as it was back in the nineteenth century -- some things never change! The Native American People Who Objected Were Shot! The Deliberate Organised Destruction Of A Unique Culture. Above image is a mass burial of starving Native American people after being shot by American military for opposing broken promises/treaties by the United States and Canadian governments. Britain and other European nations were up to their necks in American atrocities because global bankers which resided in Europe were the main source of money power (bonds) which credited newly independent sovereign nations; because of financial demands the military and settlers were pushed into doing the dirty work. Thousands of immigrants were sent from Europe and became soldiers to fight in the American civil war (1860-65), if they survived that they of course wanted a living afterwards, some of them became part of the military sent out to the western states to occupy the Native Americans, this involved shooting all of their horses and forcing them into reservations. Incidentally the American Civil War was partly funded by European bankers! The European banking dynasties provided some of the loans (bonds) to the United States/Canadian governments and municipalities because governments didn't have enough money and financial expertise; of course they also financed the gold rushes, massive railway developments, guns, farming etc. In fact speculation in foreign stock (railways and mining) thrived so much it created a panic and depression in Europe and North America. Unfortunately the global bankers and their corrupt elected politician allies control and have access to most of the world's media so a fair representation of what really happened out West is impossible!
